JUDGING
  • The judging criteria will be based on originality, relationship to stated theme, creativity and technical competence.
  • There are two rounds of judging for the competition.
  • Entries will be assessed by a panel of adjudicators, comprised of members of Hong Kong art fraternity, including professionals, artists, art collectors and art curators.
  • The decisions made by the adjudicating panel are final. No correspondence related to the Art Competition may be entered into this subject before, during or after the competition, to PCF working committee or the adjudicating panel.
  • PCF reserves the right not to award any of the listed prizes should entries, in the adjudicators' opinion, fail to meet the required standard.
