"My Favourite PCF Winning Art Piece" Final Poll Results

The PCF 20th Anniversary Roving Exhibitions of PCF past winning entries had come to an end. Which one is your most favourite art piece then? Let’s see what the Final Poll results say!

Drum roll please… The “My Favourite PCF Winning Art Piece” award goes to “Fasten Down” by Wong Ka Long.

“Fasten Down” was the winner of 2002 PCF Art Competition in the sculpture category. Corresponding to the competition theme, “China – the biggest country in the world - Arrogance and Restraint”, Mr. Wong expressed his worry over the effects of open door policy in the country had on contemporary art teaching through the winning art piece.

Mr. Wong said: “In unforeseeable future, we raise our doubt to tradition; we use 20 years’ open door policy to acknowledge the whole western art development. What result would you expect?”
